We are a fully equipped Pilates studio with 2 Cadillac/Reformers, two studio reformers with the towers, 3 Pilates Chairs, orbitz, spine correctors, Ladder Barrel, Bosu, Stability Balls, TRX and other props.

Private Sessions

Private sessions of Pilates equipment or a combination of Pilates equipment, Mat, Personal Training, and or Yoga.  

We have an Introductory offer of 3 Private sessions at $165 to begin your Pilates journey.  Unless the equipment class is specifically geared for beginners, we ask you to begin with the Introductory offer of 3 private sessions. This gives you the ability to experience The Pilates Method within your own body while giving us an opportunity to learn your health history, body mechanics and goals.
