Pilates is the art of controlled movements. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability. The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.



Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with your environment. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Aerial Yoga


Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance and acrobatics. Aerial yoga is thought to be particularly beneficial for students who spend a long time sitting, or who have back pain, because it has a decompressing effect on the body.


Bungee Fitness

Bungee fitness is a low impact, high energy, and calorie burning workout that challenges and trains the muscles to move faster, achieve a deeper range of motion, and provide buoyancy to perform exercises that one may be unable to do without assistance. The bungee training system is easy on the joints and an ideal program to rev-up the metabolism, strengthen the core, increase flexibility, balance, and endurance while having fun. This form exercise is also good for the bones!
